God of war and combat. Favored by kirr tol and mard, as he supports their tendencies to feud often and viciously. He is
something of a malicious warlord, supposedly shaping the outcomes of wars subtly to please his mysterious goals. While not
necessarily evil, he is fairly chaotic. His followers are often field-priests for armies, and it is rare for either side
of a war to be void of prayers to him. His priests are taught readiness and survival as key virtues. He hates traitors above
all else.
Appearance: a writhing red fog in a mass of armor, which is mostly dotted in spikes.
Alternate Names: Master General, King of Feuds, Bloodlust Supreme, Lord of Valhalla
Priesthood: taught to be solders as well as holy men. Celebrate more holy days than most, largely with more tribal origins.
While some other faiths can act as medics in war, Grizzellians are taught to be fighter on top of that. In times of peace,
they are to support people directly, to be frank and spirited, and never abuse their power for uncalled for violence (somewhat
of an obscure point).
Symbol: a double-headed ax or crossed gauntlets
Domains: bodily enhancement and offense
Afterlife: very reminiscent of the Viking Valhalla (endless combat without pain and celebratory feasts daily). Those
who betray his teachings are to be among the fodder for these battles, only to be killed over and over and remain conscious
among the corpses until they are remade the next day.
"The filled with arrows as though a rainstorm, the Eglites attacking while the Guld armies were praying to Grizzell.
Offended by this disgrace, it took but a puff of his breath to throw the arrows into disarray, not one arrow or bolt so much
as grazing a solder’s hair."
